Internship – M&A Analyst

ALECIA is an independent corporate finance advisory firm specialising in M&A and fundraising for SMEs and mid-caps. We are seeking M&A analyst interns for a minimum six-month placement in our PACA office.

The role

Work directly with Alecia's partners, analysts and associates on M&A and fundraising mandates for entrepreneurial companies.

Your responsibilities

Support origination, target research, pitch preparation and client meetings.
Support execution, valuation, sector research, information memoranda and data-room coordination.
Contribute to closing workstreams alongside the deal team.
